Here Are The Human Resources Courses At Unisa

Human Resources (HR) is a qualification that plays a vital role in an organization. This department deals with the recruitment of staff members and other aspects of ensuring that employees are well integrated into the work environment.

To be an HR professional, you need to have a qualification that can be obtained through studying either at a public or private institution.

At the University of South Africa (Unisa), there are undergraduate and postgraduate courses in this profession, such as those provided below on the following list:

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management

Unisa’s Department of Human Resource Management said it does not offer direct specialised Master’s and Doctoral degrees.

However, students who wish to enrol for a Master’s degree may apply to register for the MCom (Business Management).

Is said that this is a research-based qualification and students have the freedom to choose any topic in an area related to business management, including human resource management, labour relations management, and human resource development.
