The Insurance Learnership Program at Sasria SOC Limited has begun. A pipeline of youthful talent is to be built within the company through the learnership program. While offering ongoing assistance and training, the program gives participants the chance to get real-world work experience while on the job.
A complete Short-Term Insurance Qualification NQF 4 is awarded upon successful completion of the 12-month learnership program.
By establishing authenticity, determining culpability, and negotiating a settlement while maintaining great customer service and cost containment, the learner will be able to process and handle claims within the scope of their given authority. To achieve compliance with the short-term insurance requirements, claim administration should take place within the controlled framework.
