We offer an exciting career opportunity for an Apprenticeship: Millwright in our Maintenance environment.

Our apprentice will participate in a programme which runs over a period of 3 years. Great opportunity for a young person who is motivated by self-development, together with commitment and drive towards learning.

Millwright: Apprenticeship x 3

  • N2, with four (4) subjects relevant to the trade:
  • Engineering Mathematics
  • Engineering Science
  • Electrical (advantageous)
  • Mechanical
  • Mechanical and Electrical
  • Drawings
  • N3 qualification will be advantageous

Assistant: Artisan X1

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an artisan assistant.

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an intern in our HR environment.

Our intern will and participate in a programme which runs over a period of 12 months.

Human Resource Intern

  • HRM BCom Degree
  • Are a final year student who requires workplace exposure to complete your qualification
  • Familiar with MS Office products, especially Excel and Word
  • Have fundamental skills in Industrial Relations

IT Intern

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or Finance/Accounting Essential (Essential)
  • No Experience required.

Food Technology Intern

  • Matric
  • In progress: National Diploma: Food Technology
  • Quality management

Apprenticeship: Miller

  • Grade 12 – Mathematics as subject will be advantageous.
  • Pass each SAGMA module at the pass rate prescribed by management
  • Have good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain after the completion of each module.
  • Be able to operate and perform key tasks in each department/area after the completion of each module.
  • Perform any other tasks required by the Production Manager/Head Miller
  • Complete theoretical courses through SAGMA whilst performing practical work in a milling environment.
  • Work in designated areas as per SAGMA modules to gain practical experience which will assist in understanding the theoretical work.
  • Learn all key competencies of each department for a full understanding of the milling supply chain.
  • Under the guidance of the Production Manager / Head Miller the applicant must, after the duration of the training course, be able to operate a mill at designed capacity, with optimum extractions and produce finished products which are fit for human consumption and within product specification while maintaining the Premier standard in any task s/he performs.
  • The Production Manager / Head Miller will be the key personnel to assist the applicant to link the theory with the practical for a better understanding.

Artisan Assistant

  • Matric
  • 1 years’ experience in a production factory
  • 2 years’ experience as an artisan assistant will be an added advantage
